SecondLife "Mesh Grid Meeting Hit By Griefer Attack" "Screen Shots"

By Avatar JayR Cela

Wow this was totally unexpected. This afternoon I had decided to load up the  SL V2 Mesh Development Latest Build Viewer, and attend a meeting on the Beta Grid.

Thing's started out pretty much normal, with quite a few people in attendance. The typical question and answer session. Some of the standard V2 issues were discussed, like memory leaks, crappy camera control, and the UI in general. These however did not take up the majority of the meeting's time. Ton's of very serious question's were asked and answered.  When will Mesh hit the Main Grid ? Will large prims come first ? Will LL or Individuals be sued for ripping IP protected Mesh content and uploading to the SL Grid ? So many thing's to digest, I made a copy of the transcript and need to read it over before I can supply any actual announcements.

What really flipped me out, was just as the Office Hour was about to adjourn, We were GRIEF-ED.

That's correct, some screwball Fire Bombed the meeting,
                                              LOL !!

After the initial hilarity subsided, the flames extinguished, and presumably the prankster forever banned, everyone had a good laugh, said goodbye, and went on with their day.
