Wow I sure hope so, it has been a while since I last visited Linden Realms.I think the LL team is onto something good here.
The upcoming proposed tools for game development show a lot of promise.
Ya gotta remember one thing.
SL was and is designed mostly by us.
I really think the Linden Realms initiative is something that needs to be explored. The new potential for various gaming possibilities are pretty astounding.

I hope they can improve it. I visited LR a couple of days ago and they don't seem to have developed it much since launch. The HUD didn't appear 9 times out of 10 for me and if you crash or D/C you get sent back to the nearest hub instead of the loby.

They do seem to be a bit slow at releasing the development tool's.
As far as the crashing thing and HUD problems you have mentioned,those definitely need to be fixed.
