By Avatar JayR Cela

My Dear Friend Sister Abeyante , from the popular Second Life Group "Virtual Ability" recently has been sending out request's within the SL community for volunteers to participate in a limited group study related to Health Care within the United States.

I have reprinted it here with her kind permission. Thank You Sister

Blog Article: Recruitment of PWOD

Don’t you wish you could impact US healthcare policy?
Sometimes I do. Sometimes I wonder if those who are making policies ever even go to the doctor!
Time for a reality check? Here’s a chance to have a say! www.HealthcareEquitability.org/volunteer
It’s a national (US) major research project through the University of Pennsylvania Medical School that’s using Second Life as a way to gather opinions, insights, and ideas from us… regular people who use healthcare and probably have great ideas on how well it is working.
Virtual Ability, a very active group in Second Life, is a partner on the research. We are looking for 12 US adults who have used SL for at least 3 months who want to share their opinions via a survey and, if selected, an inworld focus group. Want to help? Check out the link and the website. Or contact Sister Abeyante inworld , or via email at sister@virtualability.org . We need you!
