How much Money Can We Milk Out Of Our Customers, and just exactly how stupid are they and our lawmakers.
Let's just bombard them with false advertising and unsubstantiated claims of stellar performance, and tier them into so called entertainment bundles.
If you take the time to actually complain you may be surprised at some better internet deal's you can get, albeit for a limited time, then you just complain again.
I have done this twice in the past 2 years, both times I received a $10 per month discount, and just recently a boost from 3.5 mbps to 25 mbps.
These guys are Crooks and ripping us off blind.
