So you have just downloaded and installed the new Viewer3 for SL, with ton's of unseen improvement's under the hood, most notably a huge increase in performance ( FPS ) And the abillity to create larger prims and Import your Mesh creation's into SL.
Yes, yes I know the User Interface still suck's rotten egg's for breakfast, But that is irrelevant and a total non issue once you add Hitomi Tiponi's StarLight Skin Mod. http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Viewer_Skins/Starlight
Once applied to the standard V3, you suddenly become almost super human, and empowered with abilities far beyond those of the average Avatar. In other word's Viewer3 actually move's into the mainstream of current modern software design, and become's a usable product for old fart Second Lifer's such as myself.
For those of you who may be unfamiliar with making modification's to software, I would compare it to WinAmp the popular Windows based Media Player. Basically it offer's a different look and feel and add's extra functionality.
This is a definite must have for anyone that use's SecondLife Viewer3
The first thing you will notice is the choice of skin's available. 12 variation's total along with the ( YUCK ! ) stock V3. Here are a few shot's from the Nostalgia Blue option.
Here are a few shots using the Pink skin.
And If you just so happen to actually like using the wretched and ill conceived Side Bar.
You can have that too.
All in all SL V3 is gradually getting better, in extremely slow increment's. The StarLight Skin however, really make's it shine.

P.S. Thank You Hitomi *Bigg Hugg's* Sis :_)

Thanks Jay :)
The way of logging into StarLight changes a little with 3.0.1 because of changes to using modes that LL has made.
Hi There Sis *bigg huggs*
The work you have done so far is fantastic / LOL / aside from my building project's ( I will still use Phoenix for them ) You have managed to make V3 a very usable and pleasant experience.
