Windows 8 has some nice improvements and its realy fast. Still don't like Metro though, they need to allow apps to run non-full-screen. Seems they don't think having 'windows' fits their design.
I Haven't figured out to set command line options on a metro shortcut, so no auto login to SL from the start-screen.
And MS! stop hiding the power settings behind a hotspot!

Wow Hi there again Stacy, 2 comments in one day, I must be getting famous, LOL.
I skipped Vista, and W7.
This release does seem to run pretty good on my old computer, it is noticeably faster than XP and my Mint Linux boot up's.
Oh well I'm just a goof ball nerd, and will continue to be so until I just stop writing.
